Not just an accountant, Steven is a hospo veteran. This dude’s seen it all – the soaring highs of a packed house to the crippling lows of a mid-service blackout. He’s been around the block more times than a lost delivery driver. He knows the challenges of running a venue better than Gordon Ramsay knows how to roast a sous chef. You’ll never see him without a grin on his face and a pep in his step.

You know that feeling when everything just clicks into place? When the stars align and all the moving parts sync up in perfect harmony? That’s the Prue Effect. Working her magic behind the scenes to turn chaos into a beautiful, well-orchestrated order, Prue makes sure Decimal’s operations just work. No follow up needed here, thanks.

Kuma
Hawi’s a powerhouse with a CPA to prove it. She’s been crunching numbers since flip phones were a thing and brings 18 years of pure accounting muscle to the Decimal bench. Born in Ethiopia, fluent in Italian, and fluent-er in spreadsheets, she brings precision, sharp technical instincts, and a cool head to even the messiest books. Her eye for detail is matched only by her consistency, making her the steady hand every great team needs.

From running venues like Curtin Uni’s Tav, to organising major fundraisers, Luke’s seen hospo at its best and busiest. With over a decade in venue ops, he’s seen the chaos clunky systems cause, and how the right backend setup can transform a team’s focus and a venue’s flow. These days, he’s all about helping operators swap out outdated tech for clean, dependable systems. With a head for numbers, a knack for logic, and a calm you want in a crisis, Luke’s the guy you want looking after your systems behind the scenes.

Josh cut his teeth in hospo more than a decade ago and has been shaping venues from the ground up ever since. With a background in project management and a sharp eye for ops, he’s led multiple venue launches and thrives on solving problems and setting up systems right from day one. From rolling out tech to refining the day-to-day behind the bar, Josh brings the kind of structure and reliability that make great venue experiences possible.
